Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the wb303 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wb303 strictly enforces this requirement. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds will be returned minus any bonus amounts received, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
2. Jurisdiction: The wb303 platform is primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. You must not access or use wb303 from any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether accessing wb303 from your location is lawful under applicable local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons acting under a legal disability or whose accounts have previously been suspended or closed by wb303 for breach of these Terms are not eligible to register.
4. Personal Use: You must be accessing wb303 on your own behalf, for personal recreational purposes only. Registration or use on behalf of a third party, corporation, syndicate, or professional gambling operation is not permitted.

Account Registration

To access the full range of wb303 products and services, you must register a wb303 account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wb303 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify wb303 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• wb303 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraud, or money laundering.
• Account usernames may not impersonate wb303 staff, other members, public figures, or any brand name not belonging to you.

Account Verification (KYC)

wb303 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon a significant increase in deposit activity, or whenever wb303 has a reasonable basis to verify your identity.

Documents typically requested as part of KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's licence).
• Proof of Age: Document confirming you are 21 years of age or older (usually satisfied by your proof of identity).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing the account holder name matching the wb303 account name.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by wb303 support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure. wb303 will handle all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits

All deposits into your wb303 account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

wb303 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed natively in IDR:

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are subject to a maximum limit per transaction and per day as notified on the platform. wb303 charges no fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wb303 accepts no responsibility.

wb303 reserves the right to return any deposit and close the associated account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the deposit represents the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your wb303 account. wb303 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply to withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction as specified in your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours (07:00–24:00 WIB, UTC+7) on all days. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes of approval. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• wb303 charges no withdrawal fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• wb303 may place a withdrawal on hold pending completion of KYC verification, security review, or investigation into potential Terms breach. You will be notified if a hold is placed on your withdrawal and the reason therefor.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds and cleared bonus winnings (post-wagering) are eligible for withdrawal.
• wb303 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Bonuses & Promotions

wb303 offers a range of promotions to new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian calendar (for example, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page.

The following general bonus rules apply to all wb303 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible members only. wb303 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific member segments, geographic areas, or payment methods.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Betting Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wb303 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using aliases, family members' details, or fictitious identities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wb303's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

wb303 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a wb303 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wb303's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by wb303's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

Amendments to These Terms

wb303 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the wb303 platform, except where a later effective date is expressly stated.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — wb303 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account and/or by a prominent notice on the wb303 platform. Your continued use of wb303 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the wb303 platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance by contacting wb303 support prior to the effective date of the amendment.

wb303 will not impose any charge on members for raising a genuine complaint through the channels described above.
